Four Days Off

The first time I went back home after 7 months of being away from my home sweet home was too short so I decided to fly back home during my 4 days off. This time, no surprises anymore. I asked my mom to pick me up in the airport.

In my 4 days stay, I ate all the food I missed.

So thankful that I have a 4 DAYS OFF in my ROSTER!

Thankful for TRAVEL

Ever since I was still a kid, It has always been my dream to see the world.  That's why I am so thankful every time I am going from one place to another.

Now, Since I am travelling a lot, I decided to make a personal travel blog where I can keep all my memories and share it to my friends.

Gracias Barcelona!

I was in Barcelona a couple of days ago.  It was such a great day that in a short stay in the place, I was able to see lots of amazing places in the city.  Thank You, Lord! :)

My first stop was in Sagrada Famila.  From my hotel, I took the nearest train going to Sagrada Famila station.

Making pa-cute inside the train!

Me in front of the famous Sagrada Familia.

Amazing details of Sagrada Familia

As you can see, there are cranes in the church which means that the construction is still going on.  But believe it or not, they started building Sagrada Famila during the 1882s!  Forty-eight years sa bawat detalye kamusta naman!

Lots of tourist coming around the world to see the amazing details of Sagrada Famila which was originally designed by Antoni Gaudi.

My second stop was in Casa Batlló.

Main entrance of Casa Batlló.

Another amazing work of art of Gaudi.  This Gaudi guy was really into details!  Unfortunately I wasn't able to explore inside the building.  I was running out of time because I want to see Park Güell before sunset, my third stop.

Park Guell is situated in a hill so I did a walk-a-thon in this uphill street.

View from the top - Barcelona, City.

When I was already on top of the hill, a lady told me that I need to go down to reach the place itself.  Honestly, lots of calories was burned that day because of the walk-a-thon!

But even though I only walked from the train station to Park Guell, I reached the place before the sunset to see another work of art of Antoni Gaudi.  Yes, this place is another Gaudi Masterpiece.

I love mosaics!  I love Gaudi!

Famous Gaudi was not the only artist who made Barcelona alive........LOOK!

Murals and graffiti everywhere in Barcelona!

Who do you think from these kids will be the next Gaudi?

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

I am thankful for once-in-a-while-girls-night-out! :)

Though dancing all night was not my forte because of my two left feet, I spent the night with some girl bonding -  from clothes to wear, make-up to put on our faces, and chit-chats together with some ice cold beverages (you know what I mean).

I Will Always Be Thankful for FOOD!

Food is always a blessing so when my friend, Marya, invited me for a dinner at Souq Waqif, I didn't even think twice to go with her!

We decided to eat in Le Gourmet since both of us haven't tried to eat in a Lebanese cuisine before.

Our appetite was really good (and huge) thats why one appetizer was not enough!

It was my friend's first time to eat a lamb!  There's always a first time, then the seccond time, then the third.........then the 100x

Of course, pasta will always be the "Star Of The Night" for the both of us! :)

A meal will never be complete without a dessert to end it.  So.....

we decided to end the night at Baskin Robbins.

Miss Philippines

” If I had to change my religious beliefs, I will not marry the person that I love. Because the first person that I love is GOD who created me. And I have my faith and my principles. And these what makes me who I am. And if that person loves me, he should love my God too, Thank you.” -Shamcey Supsup
