"Where The Sea Meets The Sand"

I went to Sealine, a thirty to forty minute ride away from the airport, today. I didn't expect that I'll be amazed with that place.  Now,  I  love Doha's sand dunes!!! and camels!!! and people! :)

The sand dunes are nice.  Aside from the 4 x 4 and ATV that runs through it, I find it unique and different.  Let's say, Philippines has Chocolate Hills and Qatar has Sand Hills.  Hehe!I didn't ride the ATV (All Terrain Vehicle) because it was so hot and humid.  The sand dunes are located quite far from the road and I can't take the heat anymore.  They say that it's best to ride ATV during winter so I just had fun taking pictures and rode a camel instead.

I rode a camel for the first time!  At first it was scary because the camels were so tall.  And I'm scared of their hunches.  Hehe! But I guess I conquered my fear again...

Here's a video of my camel experience!

I think I just ended my career as a videographer.  LOL!  I promise to do a nice video next time!  I didn't edit videos on my Multiply before.  I just upload my videos straight from my camera!  Maybe next time, i'll make it better! :)  Its the effort that counts, right? haha!

As we were about to leave the place, our car was na-balahaw.  We were stocked in the soft part of the sands.   :(  But 2 locals came and helped us to get out of the sands.  They towed our car to get on track to the main road.

The good Samaritans who helped us.
